Complaint Procedure of COLLEGIUM Vermögensverwaltungs AG

In order to deal with complaints, COLLEGIUM AG has established a function for complaint management you can refer to, if you want to lodge a complaint, or if you have any criticism to make. Complaints can be submitted by mail or by fax to the following address:

Complaint handling is free of charge.

Complaints can be submitted to our complaint management function (section compliance). Please do not forget to enclose a short description of the facts, the reason for your complaint and please also state your name. Your complaint will be dealt with as soon as we receive it. You will receive a feedback on your complaint within three working days after receipt of your complaint. If it becomes clear that, due to the complexity of the issue, the processing of your complaint will probably take longer, we will inform you within the period mentioned above and state the reasons for the delay.

COLLEGIUM Vermögensverwaltungs AG is a member of the Association of Independent Asset Managers e.V. (VuV) and thus associated with the arbitration board of the VuV.

This ombudsman’s office is meant to be the place where disputes between consumers and members of VuV in connection with the financial services business can be settled in an extrajudicial arbitration proceeding.

In the event that a customer complaint cannot immediately be remedied between the parties, the customer is given the possibility to appeal to the arbitration body. The arbitration proceedings are free of charge for the claimant.
